The Office for Science and International Cooperation of the Faculty of Teacher Education provides professional and administrative support for the development of scientific research activities and the internationalization of the Faculty, in accordance with the strategic goals of the Faculty and the University of Zagreb.
The Office’s activities include planning, coordinating, and implementing activities related to international cooperation, student mobility, and the mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as the Faculty’s participation in internationalization programs.
In particular, the Office:
- provides information and advisory support to students and employees regarding mobility programs (especially Erasmus+, CEEPUS, and academic mobility programs),
- coordinates the implementation of incoming and outgoing mobility and administratively monitors participants’ mobility,
- encourages and coordinates the Faculty’s participation in international research networks, including COST activities,
- supports activities arising from the Faculty’s membership in the UNIC European University Alliance,
- cooperates with the relevant services of the University of Zagreb and partner institutions abroad,
- participates in the preparation of strategic and reporting documents in the fields of science and internationalization,
- maintains and updates records on international cooperation, projects, and mobility activities.
Through its work, the Office for Science and International Cooperation actively contributes to strengthening the international visibility of the Faculty of Teacher Education, developing a culture of excellence in science and research, and creating a stimulating environment for the international exchange of knowledge, experience, and good practices.

Agreements with Foreign Universities
The Faculty of Teacher Education has concluded bilateral agreements for the exchange of teaching and non-teaching staff and students through the Erasmus+ program with higher education institutions in the following countries:
Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, and Spain.
The exact and up-to-date list of partner institutions, participation conditions, and the number of available places for outgoing and incoming staff and students are regularly published with each mobility call.
The Faculty encourages all interested students and staff to follow these announcements and take advantage of international mobility opportunities, as they provide valuable experience and contribute to both professional and personal development.
