The Chair of Psychology at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb, delivers compulsory and elective courses in developmental and educational psychology across all three of the Faculty’s programme departments and local branches, while also contributing to postgraduate instruction. Furthermore, members of the Chair provide ongoing support for initiatives organised through the Faculty’s Student Counselling Centre.

The Chair currently maintains a core faculty of 11 teachers – seven holding research-and-teaching academic ranks, one Senior Lecturer, and three Teaching Assistants – supplemented by the ongoing engagement of Professor Emerita Majda Rijavec. Chair members routinely contribute to various domestic and international research grants, professional projects, academic conferences, public engagement initiatives, and other professional activities.
