Particular emphasis is placed on connecting different disciplines within all areas of education, as well as on integrating the arts into research and development projects, thereby encouraging innovative approaches to learning, teaching, and creativity.
The Faculty actively strengthens its research capacities by encouraging applications for and implementation of competitive national and international projects, developing research infrastructure, and providing systematic support to researchers. Special attention is given to high-quality scientific and artistic publishing, open access, and the international visibility of research outcomes.
Through structured mentoring support and the involvement of early-career researchers in projects, the Faculty of Teacher Education ensures the continuity of research excellence and contributes to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the field of education.
