ADMISSION TO THE FIRST YEAR OF UNDERGRADUATE AND INTEGRATED UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDY PROGRAMMES AT THE FACULTY OF TEACHER EDUCATION – AUTUMN ADMISSION PERIOD
Admissions to the autumn admission period for the undergraduate university study programmes and integrated undergraduate and graduate university study programmes at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb, for the 2025/2026 academic year shall be conducted EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE.
The enrolment period commences on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, at 20:00 and concludes on Friday, 19 September 2025, at 12:00 (noon) precisely.
Note: Candidates failing to enrol within the specified timeframe shall forfeit their admission entitlement, and the Faculty of Teacher Education reserves the right to charge an opportunity fee.
Following the publication of the final ranking list, candidates will receive an SMS text message on their mobile telephones confirming their intent to enrol.
A valid mobile telephone number (issued by a Croatian network provider, not a foreign one) must be registered in the www.postani-student.hr system.
The SMS message will read:
Congratulations on securing admission to the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb. Please confirm your intent to enrol at https://poslovanje.ufzg.hr/namjera_upisa/
Upon confirmation of intent to enrol at https://poslovanje.ufzg.hr/namjera_upisa/, user login credentials will be issued via SMS within 24 to 48 hours.
Candidates are requested to complete this initial step – confirming the intent to enrol – on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, to ensure the swift receipt of user credentials, as the finalised admission application must be submitted by Friday, 19 September 2025, at 12:00 (noon).
Upon receiving the user credentials via SMS, candidates must log in to https://studenti.ufzg.hr/ to initiate the enrolment procedure.

To expedite the submission of the admission application, the following documentation should be prepared in advance in digital format:
- a photograph of the student,
- a photograph of the front of the ID Card,
- a photograph of the reverse of the ID Card,
- a birth certificate (documents retrieved via the e-Građani system are acceptable),
- a certificate of nationality (documents retrieved via the e-Građani system are acceptable),
- a photograph or digital receipt confirming payment of enrolment fees,
- a photograph or digital receipt confirming payment of tuition fees (where applicable),
- an official confirmation of withdrawal (de-registration) and an academic transcript indicating the number of state-funded semesters utilised, applicable to candidates who have previously completed university studies.
- The first-year enrolment fee is €34.00, payable by ALL STUDENTS.

Enrolment, tuition, and practical training fees must be processed as separate transactions.
Payments may be executed via FINA, commercial banks, post offices, or online banking. Payment in two equal instalments is permitted (the first instalment is due immediately).
Opportunity Fee
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Regulations on the Terms, Application Procedure, Administration of Admission Examinations, and Ranking of Candidates, the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb, reserves the right to charge an opportunity fee of up to two-thirds of the full tuition fee to candidates who fail to enrol in a study programme despite having secured admission rights and an enrolment number. Candidates who fail to settle the opportunity fee shall be barred from re-applying to programmes of the same level within the NISpVU system. Re-application will be enabled only upon settlement of the opportunity fee.
