The Student Ombudsman is an independent student representative authorised by the Student Council to safeguard and advocate for student rights. The current Student Ombudsman is Antonela Perši, whom students may contact regarding any institutional issues or grievances.
The Student Ombudsman is appointed by the Student Council of the Faculty of Teacher Education for a one-year tenure.
The Student Ombudsman does not represent the student body before external state administration bodies, nor does the Student Ombudsman possess executive authority to provide legal representation outside the higher education institution. The Ombudsman’s operations adhere strictly to the principles of independence, equity, and confidentiality.
