The Chair of Philosophy and Sociology at the Faculty of Teacher Education has held its current designation since 22 May 2012. The academic staff comprises three Assistant Professors who teach philosophy courses and one Postdoctoral Researcher who teaches sociology courses, with additional instructional support from an external associate. The Chair maintains an active pedagogical presence across all three branches of the Faculty of Teacher Education, delivering instruction in both the Primary Teacher Education and Preschool Teacher Education study programmes.
