School for NET-generations: Internal reform of primary and secondary school education – SCHOOL4NET-GEN (HRZZ IP-2013-11-3814)
The main goal of the planned research is to examine the opinions and (self-)assessments of teachers, headmasters, parents, and students on the weaknesses of the current didactic paradigm (teacher-oriented instruction) which is prevalent in Croatian schools, and to explore possible didactic solutions for internal reform, which would enable transition to student-oriented instruction by relying on the contemporary teaching and learning theories, and on the possibilities of enriching the teaching process and communication with digital media.
