Supporting the transition from early childhood education and care to primary school – CARE2LEARN (2021-1-HR01-KA220-SCH-000034443)
The aim of the project is to develop a framework for strengthening key competencies which are the foundation for school readiness and positive academic outcomes, and which also increase a likelihood of success at the early stages of formal education. Within the project, a methodological framework for determining the key knowledge and skills will be developed, as well as materials to support the development of competencies in children and their parents, in the context of school readiness.
