Enhancing the Employability of Future Primary School and Preschool Teachers through Professional Training (SF.2.4.06.08.0013)
The project contributes to improving the quality of higher education by strengthening the practical skills of students at the Faculty of Teacher Education. Project activities include professional training in public institutions; the development of career counselling services and the alumni community; innovative approaches to practical teaching, including virtual reality (VR) simulations and educational robots; collaboration between students and academic staff in writing scientific papers; and the development of a methodology for acknowledgment of previously acquired skills. The project supports the digital transformation of education, enhances accessibility and inclusion, and prepares future primary school and preschool teachers to address the practical challenges of the labour market and contemporary society.
